Refund & Return Policy

We are here for you. In the event a product that you ordered arrives damaged or faulty you are entitled to return the product within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement product of the same value at free of charge. 

Please do not dispose of the product until we have been in contact with you. We may require the product to be returned, unopened and or unused.

Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt. If a refund is issued, this will occur against the original debit/credit card used.

We cannot accept returns for products that we believe have been used. In this circumstance the customer will be notified.

We encourage our Mr Hux customers to purchase our Discovery Set which will assist you with making the right choice of fragrance for a larger purchase. However, if you have a change of mind or the fragrance is different to what you had expected, we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery and provide a full refund on taking receipt of the product in our warehouse. Please note that return postage is at the customers expense and that returned items must be in their original condition, undamaged and unopened. In the event that a returned item does not qualify for a refund, you will be notified by email.

Returns offer, including free 2ml with purchase is not available during promotional periods. 


Returns process

  1. Email the Mr Hux Customer Service team at with your invoice number and the details as to the fault.
  2. A Mr Hux team member will be in contact as soon as possible and will advise of the course of action to be taken.
  3. In the event that we require the item to be returned, ensure it is returned to us in its original condition which it arrived in and within 7 days. Please ensure that the parcel is properly sealed and secured and include the original invoice details.
  4. Mr Hux will process the return within 5 to 10 business days of receipt. You will be contacted via email on completion of the return. 

Please note that Mr Hux does not take any responsibility for lost products that are being returned. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services and taking note of your tracking number. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping.

We strongly advise that you ensure your delivery address is a secure location, as once a package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
