How much is postage?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Australia. So, you will pay nothing extra to receive our amazing products.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer express shipping due to perfume being classified as a dangerous good and must only travel via road transport.
How long does dispatch take?
We all want our online purchases to arrive as soon as possible. We get it! So, we strive to have all orders prepared and sent within 24 hours of order.
All orders will be sent via registered post, and you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number once the order is on its way.

THE FRAGRANCE IS NOT FOR ME
We get it. And its ok. Fragrance is deeply personal and a choice that can only be made by you. With every 50ml and 100ml EDP purchase, we send you a 2ml of the same fragrance for free. That’s so you can try before you commit fully to the larger purchase. If you love it, perfect, you now have a big bottle ready to go. If it’s not for you, no worries, simply send the 50ml or 100ml EDP back to us in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged, and we’ll give you a full refund. Please read our full returns policy.
I ordered the wrong item!
If you have accidentally ordered an incorrect item, please contact support immediately and provide your order number. Once the order has been processed, unfortunately it is unable to be reversed and we will not be able to offer a refund or return.
I’ve received the wrong item
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact support within 7 days and provide details of the item including a photo. The item must be unused and unopened.
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely none of our products are tested on animals. We are proudly and always will be an animal cruelty free brand.
Can you post to PO Boxes?
Mr Hux is able to send parcels to any current and correct address, this includes PO Boxes.
Can you post internationally?
Unfortunately, Mr Hux does not ship internationally at this time.

Why is my perfume changing colour?
All our perfumes are handmade and use no unnecessary additives or stabilisers. Differences in perfume colour is very common and this is mainly due to the different ingredients used from perfume to perfume. Your perfume may change colour overtime by becoming darker, more yellow, or even brown. This is due to oxidisation. It occurs mainly is gourmand (sweet) fragrances where ingredients like vanilla have used.
Rest assured that a change of colour has NO bearing on the performance of your perfume and is purely a visual change, not a scent change.
To slow down the oxidisation process and discolouration, always store your perfumes out of direct sunlight and in a cool environment.
What ingredients are in your Eau De Parfums?
All ingredients are listed on each product page and may differ from item to item.
What if I have an allergic reaction to your Eau De Parfum?
This would be an extremely rare occasion as our products are tested and very safe for use on human skin. However, if a reaction is to occur, discontinue use immediately. Take a photo of the reaction and contact our support team. Please seek medical advice if required.
